Protein Cinnamon Bread
Everyone loves cinnamon bread, but it usually comes with 300 calories per slice 😫

Ingredients:
-1 cup Coconut flour
-3 servings @hardmagnum Vanilla protein powder
-1 Tsp baking soda
-1 cup stevia
-1/2 cup I can’t believe it’s not butter, light
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1 cup almond milk + 1 Tbsp vinegar (mixed)
Topping:
-1/3 cup stevia + 1 Tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
-Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
-Cream together the butter, stevia, and egg whites.
-Once well combined, add the almond milk/vinegar mixture.
-Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then add to the wet.
-Beat until well combined.
-The consistency should look like thick cake batter!
-Add half of the batter to the loaf pan.
-Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture.
-Add the rest of the batter, then the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
-Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon around in the batter.
-Place in the oven for 20 minutes then rotate the bread 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
-Let cool before slicing!
