Protein Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients: ⁣

-1 cup Coconut flour ⁣

-3 servings @hardmagnum Vanilla protein powder ⁣

-1 Tsp baking soda⁣

-1 cup stevia ⁣

-1/2 cup I can’t believe it’s not butter, light ⁣

-1/2 cup egg whites ⁣

-1 cup almond milk + 1 Tbsp vinegar (mixed)⁣

Topping: ⁣

-1/3 cup stevia + 1 Tsp cinnamon ⁣

Preparation: ⁣

-Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray. ⁣

-Cream together the butter, stevia, and egg whites. ⁣

-Once well combined, add the almond milk/vinegar mixture. ⁣

-Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then add to the wet. ⁣

-Beat until well combined. ⁣

-The consistency should look like thick cake batter! ⁣

-Add half of the batter to the loaf pan.⁣

-Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture. ⁣

-Add the rest of the batter, then the rest of the cinnamon mixture.⁣

-Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon around in the batter. ⁣

-Place in the oven for 20 minutes then rotate the bread 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.⁣

-Let cool before slicing!⁣
